The Queen Bee! Having worked in the trade for over 27 years, let's just say she knows the motor industry! Ever mindful of the pressures our clients are experiencing, she hones our processes to be simple and hassle-free.

The Numbers' Guy, he does what it says on the tin! What can we say? He deals with stats and makes sure the figures add up and we all get paid on time! “Having worked in many different industries ranging from brewery to healthcare, I thought I would try my hand at the motor industry. I'm very glad I did! Motorfinity is so refreshing."

Mama Shaz. She checks in on staff welfare and everything to do with our customers. So, basically, she has a handle on all departments and personnel!

The Digital Planner. Creating great video and graphics to show off Motorfinity and our partners at their best. He also loves using his creative flair to celebrate the amazing roles played by our specialist customer-base.

The Joyful Pedant! She likes to get it right, but she revels in retaining the essence of the people she is writing for. She loves enhancing and highlighting all that Motorfinity encapsulates. Ever mindful of acknowledging and appreciating all the people involved in the workings of the Motorfinity Group.

The Motivator. Coming from a family where his mum works for the NHS, he appreciates just how hard times are for our frontline workers. Incredibly passionate about sourcing the best possible deals for his customers, he fires up his team to do their best for our Motorfinity Family.

The Researcher. He always ensures that he is up to date with all the latest news and how he can make any systems work for the benefit of our specialist sector. He liaises closely with our marketing team to make sure that the best, exclusive offers are highlighted for our customers. He is extremely diligent in all the roles he fulfils within the Motorfinity Group. With new technology at the core of his interests, he is our number one IT expert – our 'go to' guy!

The Chatty One. Proof that previous experience of the industry is not an essential requirement when applying for a job! Because of her love of talking and her empathy with the specialist sector, she has taken to her role like the proverbial duck to water! The Chatty One, she absolutely loves getting to know her customers sourcing the right offer at the right price. She is patient, organised and pays attention to detail to make sure the best deal is achieved at a speed to suit her customers.

Passionate About Cars. She loves every aspect of them and always has done! She joined the motor trade 21 years ago. She has worked with different manufacturers from volume to prestige, but now finds great pleasure securing brand-new cars for very deserving people. Our customers work tirelessly, and Jayne feels that speaking to these people and giving them access to the incredible discounts on offer is wonderful. It is our way of saying thank you.

Our Cheeky Chappie. Cameron started his Motorfinity journey mainly working in Marketing. As a videographer, he loved highlighting all the services at the heart of Motorfinity. Having moved to his new role, our cheeky chappie enjoys everything about the Motorfinity office working with customers, colleagues, and partnerships.

The Sporty One. Used to 'getting his skates on' (he was a member of the national ice-skating team in his youth), he has a competitive nature which drives him to achieving the best results he can for his Motorfinity customers. Sporty and always hungry, he should have shares in a certain fast-food chain!!!

Perfect Processes! Paris is our role model when it comes to method. She is exceptionally well-organised and couples this with a bubbly personality that captivates and motivates everyone she talks to.

The Apprentice. "There is an amazing family vibe at Motorfinity with everyone more than happy to help and pull together to support each other. This ethos completely transfers to the outstanding customer focus applied to everything we do. I have excellent mentors, but I also have time to do my own research and complete assignments. My apprenticeship is for 18 months, and Team Motorfinity have already become my second family!"

The Legend. As Motorfinity goes from strength to strength, so does our Lucy! She is always ready to step up to any challenge presented to her. Full of new ideas and very skillful, she is viewed as a legend here keeping everyone upbeat. She has the biggest heart of gold which shines bright, and she always makes us laugh. With exceptional managerial skills, she ensures her division runs with the utmost efficiency.

Above and Beyond. Not only is she one of the most hard-working people you could have on your team, but she is so passionate about her role and will always go above and beyond to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. An absolute credit to the team, she will always find a solution to any problem encountered.

The Breath of Fresh Air. The admin office has not been the same since we welcomed Linnea to join Motorfinity as one of our new Sales and Finance Coordinators. Right from the offset, Linnea has got 'stuck in' and has battled through some difficult scenarios. She really is a breath of fresh air and is fully committed to aiding our customers.

The All Rounder. He has knowledge of all areas of the business to make sure everyone is looked after: Dealing with customers, colleagues, and partnerships, he enjoys the variety involved within his role as he gains experience the Motorfinity way.

In a Nutshell! Sporty, active, and outgoing- that's Josh in a nutshell! He's previously worked in the sportswear retail sector and for Hyundai. "I am very excited to have joined the Motorfinity Group as a Leasing Account Manager as I feel this is the way forward in new car sales. It's great to be so busy as the days go very quickly. Always the team player, I'm doing what I do best - playing my part in Motorfinity Leasing to deliver the best service I can for our customers and all those we work with." Although he says that he's slowed down a touch, he still enjoys a kickaround at the weekend in his spare time - the team-player through and through!

Spreading Her Wings! With a whole host of experience behind her as a Delivery Co-ordinator, Amy is both tenacious and passionate about what she does. A problem-solver, unafraid of the ‘unknown’, her customer service skills are second to none. (She also looks after colleague welfare as Social Secretary and Birthday Club Organiser. She knows how important the Feel-Good Factor really is!).

Mary’s Child! “I am a Christmas baby and my mother’s name is Mary! I’ve developed into a bit of a rock chick with a love of Harley Davidsons and biker festivals. I now have over 20 years’ experience as a graphic designer: I am the last of a generation that was given all the old school graphic design foundations at the time when technology was born into the creative world with Apple Mac introduction. Because of this, I have a good grounding in typography and achieved a great understanding of logo creations. Even now, everything starts with my pencil! This has helped me to become the passionate designer I am today.”

The Outgoing Chatty Man!

Having spent 6 years in technical support, Brady wanted to develop into a role which best suited his outgoing, chatty style: "I just knew I would be better suited to a sales role and when an existing Motorfinity employee alerted me to the position of Account Manager in Outright Purchasing, I jumped at the chance to kick-start my sales career. Outside of work I love football and follow Nottingham Forest all around the country."

Passionate about socials. Charlotte has joined our creative team as our Marketing Assistant.

"This is my first job straight out of university after recently finishing my Marketing degree. I love getting involved in all things social media and engaging with our customers as much as possible! Motorfinity has such a great environment, and this has allowed me to develop my own working style"

The Extrovert. Reading and poetry are just a few of her hobbies, but Alicia loves to socialise with friends inside and outside of the office. Working as a Sales and Finance Co-Ordinator Apprentice, she enjoys being creative in her work and brings her own flair to the delivery team. She is a great addition to the ever-growing team at Motorfinity.

The Energetic Organiser! Ultra-organised and with a lust for learning, Becky is multi-talented and always happy to help. Life is Art to Becky and it's a bright picture she's 'painting' at Motorfinity HQ.

Inspired by My Sister! Wanting to experience all aspects of the business, Laura has started her apprentice-adventure in the Sales and Finance area of the company. Watching her sister progress through a Business Administration course through the Open University has inspired Laura to investigate the world of business with Motorfinity.

The Patient Planner! Andrew is a great asset to the Delivery Team at Motorfinity - no task is too big as he helps to ensure that customers' deliveries go to plan. Growing up with cars and a love of technology means he's ideally suited to his role at Motorfinity.

The Baker! Kelly is very experienced in monitoring customer journeys with time-sensitive demands and always keeps a level-head and strong focus to give a 5-star service every time. She loves the science of baking and we reckon she’s got the recipe just right in her role here too

The Winning Formula! Answering queries and invoicing customers is second nature to Meah. She's ready to make sure our customer journey is a smooth ride. She's both professional and efficient and a joy to have on board at Motorfinity HQ. A lover of Formula 1 and an avid football fan, there's plenty of conversation to be had!
